An experienced and empathetic leadership should be able to coordinate a meeting to address medical concerns . If you have continued concerns such as medical ethical behavior , discrimination or legal view points then follow up consultation with specific experts if such as Human Rights Consultant , Medical Boards and/Attorney if necessary.
Daily be reminded the hospital staff has accepted an oath to do no harm , thus should be on your side therefore should never fault you as a patient nor parent speaking up as your child advocate.
